Return and Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days to request a return after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, undamaged or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
If we accept your return, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.
Sales Service
Collection & High Jewelry-
1. Product Warranty: Within one year of purchase, we offer a one-time complimentary replacement for any deformed or broken products.
2. Sizing: Rings and bracelets are eligible for a one-time complimentary size exchange. (If the desired size is out of stock, production waiting time or a refund will apply.)
Customized Items-
Maintenance & Repair: Upon presenting the Product Warranty Card, customers can enjoy a 20% discount on all after-sales repair services, including product refurbishment, ring resizing, and stone replacement.
Damage and Problems
Please check your order upon receipt. If any items are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Important Note: The 7-day return policy does not apply to the 'Customized' series. As these are custom-made products, once the order is confirmed, returns and exchanges are not accepted, and deposits are not refundable.
Apologies, but we do not accept returns of discounted items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you need is to return the item you already own. Once the return is accepted, please purchase the new item separately.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund via the original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may also need some time to process and ship the refund.
