We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Important note: The "Customized" product line is not eligible for the 7-day return policy. Since these products are made-to-order specifically for you, once the order is confirmed, no returns, exchanges, or order deposit refunds will be accepted.
